How to use G06-BT-3031

NUBWO G06-BT-3031 Wireless Gaming Headphones User Instructions

Initial Pairing:

  1. Pairing Headphones with the USB Dongle: For the first use, you need to pair the G06 headphones with the USB dongle. This process might take between 10 to 30 seconds, so please be patient. Once the initial pairing is complete, subsequent connections will only take about 3 seconds.

 

Dual Wireless Connection Usage:

  1. Connect to the Gaming Console: Connect the headphones to the gaming console using the USB dongle.

  2. Switch to Bluetooth Mode: After connecting to the console, quickly press the power button twice to switch to Bluetooth mode.

  3. Connect to Your Phone: In Bluetooth mode, pair the headphones with your phone.

  4. Switch Back to Wireless Mode: After successfully connecting to the phone, press the power button twice quickly again to switch back to wireless mode.

  5. Handling Incoming Calls: In this mode, if there's an incoming call on your phone, the headphones will automatically switch to the phone. Press the power button once to answer the call, and press it again to hang up. If you do not wish to answer, hold the power button for 1 second.

  6. Automatic Switch Back to Gaming: After the call ends, the headphones will automatically switch back to wireless mode, and you can continue your game.

 

Steps for Re-pairing:

  1. Turn Off the Headphones: Ensure that the headphones are completely turned off.

  2. Insert the USB Dongle: Plug the USB dongle into your gaming console.

  3. Pairing Mode for Headphones: Hold down the power button on the headphones for over 10 seconds to enter pairing mode.

  4. Wait for the Indicator Light: The indicator light on the headphones will start to flash. When the light stops flashing, it indicates that the headphones have been successfully re-paired.

Issue 1: Unable to Connect to the Gaming Console via Wireless Mode

  1. Compatibility with Xbox Consoles: Please note that the wireless functionality of the G06 cannot be used with Xbox series consoles.

  2. Using with PS5/PS4:

    • Step 1: Go to the homepage of your PS5 or PS4.

    • Step 2: Insert the USB dongle into the USB port of the console.

    • Step 3: Hold down the power button on the headphones for more than 10 seconds.

    • Step 4: Wait for the indicator light on the USB dongle to stop flashing.

    • Step 5: Navigate to the audio output settings page on your PS5 or PS4 and select G06-BT as the output device.

Issue 3: Microphone Not Working

First, switch to Bluetooth mode and test if the microphone can record on your phone. If it can, this indicates that the settings on the gaming console may not be complete. If it cannot, contact customer support for assistance.

Issue 2: Intermittent Sound

First, eliminate any interference sources within a 3-meter radius, such as Wi-Fi transmitters, wireless keyboards, and mice. Then, re-pair the headphones with the USB dongle.

Issue 4: Charging Problems

The charging specification for the headphones is 5V/1A. Exceeding this specification can damage the battery of the headphones. It is recommended to charge them using a computer's USB port. Charging from 0% to 100% takes approximately 4 to 6 hours.
